The reflecting theologian

It has been an incredible conference so far. Learned a lot and received a lot. Some prelim thoughts: 1. We need to disciple our people to become disciples. As Christians, what we really mean is that we are disciples of Christ. 2. We need to constantly challenged ourselves to be discipled and push ourselves to become more effective disciple makers in Christ. 3. As disciples and disciple makers, we need to learn how to discern God's will for our own lives and the lives of the people whom we are taking care of. 4. We need to persevere and not give up loving the people even though it can be tough sometimes.

I have to say that while I may not be agreeable with some of the messages that I have heard from pastors from CHC, they have an extremely anointed creative team who can write beautiful lyrics and songs to worship God. I'm quite sure that a lot of people have been ministered by their songs. This one is one of my favourite among them all.
