I'm back

A weekend in Genting and a day for matriculation, it's time to really start working... on my blog?????

Genting has been very fun, tawning for 3 nights since friday. Got to know quite a lot of people and glad that I get to know those I know even better. Got to see the other side of CY, got to know YK, Gilby, ZQ, WQ, MQ, AB, Jassy, KR better. Got to know this new person called LJ, ZQ's sister. Quite a crazy girl I must admit.

The first day of our trip begins with a long and a little boring trip to the highland. Basically everyone fell asleep in the bus since we all tawned the previous night. But I know that people began to get excited when we are reaching, especially Gilby. The weather there is fantastic. As I always say, the climate there is so good for studying, just sit at the Starbucks or Coffeebean, get a hot cafe latte and sit at the outside, and get your notes. Perfect sia. When we checked in... btw, I was in the same room with MQ, we had only an hour to prepare for dinner. Dinner was at Lake View, a very nice resturant that serves seafood... just too bad I dun eat seafood that much. After that, basically given $100 chips to play at Casino De Genting. Got back that $100 at the end of the day. The casino was boring anyway. Went out for supper at this very nice noodle stall at First World Plaza, they serve very good handmade noodles. Bascially just slept for 4 hours or so that night.

Second day started off with a series of irritating morning calls by me and MQ. So funny. ZQ bascially KOed on his bed, and Gilby refused to wake up. Had breakfast at First World Cafe, it was a buffet but choices limited, yet eat until very full. Second day is a free and easy one. Bascially played in the theme park, had fun with the gang and after that went to KTV to sing our hearts out. After dinner, went to watch the 'Push to the Limit' performance at the Pavilion. Quite an exciting performance, especially the last part. Had supper at Starbucks. Went to ZQ's room after that to play cards. Played bluff and heart attack. Quite fun, then talked with MQ and LJ after the rest KOed. Din know that MQ read so much on Wisely novel. Realised that LJ is actually quite cute. LOL

Last day basically had breakfast with MQ after LJ KOed. Then went back to room and packed up. Got ready to check out and I won't bother to write what happened between the time of checking out and boarding of bus, which was at 3pm. We had fun lah, basically. But the trip was also a boring one, everyone all kena KOed, including me. Reached Singapore at around 10pm... reached home at around 11pm.... Damn tired sia.

I think that Genting is a good place. Good climate and good weather. But to my dear readers, do you all know that Genting is being built up from nothing? Imagine years ago, some chinese in Malaysia declared that he's gonna build a holiday resort in a place high up where birds dun even wanna lay their eggs on. There was no electricity and there was no water. No road leading to the top. But today, look at it, it's the Genting which I just came back from. Today, not only Genting is a super resort for people, it also has three casinos and it's owned by a Chinese, based in a Muslim country. Incredible?

The point I'm driving at is that if you have the dreams and if you go fully out to achieve it, you will achieve it. Man is great because of dreams, and Man becomes successful because of dreams. Today, a person without dreams will not go far, cos he dun know which mountain he is climbing, and therefore, he dun know whether is it the right one or not. If you have dreams, you will know which mountain to climb on, only that the right mountain for you will always be the most difficult one.
